Recognizing the role that the IT sector plays in the economic development of a nation, the Pakistani government established the Pakistan Software Export Board in 1995, intending to support the country’s IT sector by providing as much assistance as possible to software companies operating in Pakistan as well as potential foreign and domestic investors.
